Well work has continued with the removal of my old MA10 engine and everything else in the engine bay, ready for the new engine to go in! As you can see from the picture below, there's plenty of space for it to be fitted. 
 
 
 
Also, the false floor in the boot and ICE related wiring has also been removed, to allow easier access to the car for welding. (see below picture). The black paint in the rear was to protect all the ICE from moisture and seemed to do it's job perfectly. There's alot of wires in there!
