There has been a lot of rumour recently regarding the current state of the build. I know the lack of information on here hasn't helped, and general discussion based in incorrect information on Internet forums has arisen doubts & issues which are not applicable to the current project.

There is a delay in the build, and at present, there's no accurate date for completion, but delays were to be expected on a project of this scale. There's also a possible issue if escalating costs, but again you can't really put an accurate price tag on a conversion which has never been done. I'm quite confident though when it's completed, it will be worth every penny! 

So as it stands, the project is currently on hold. This is due to financial reasons by the company carrying out the work, but when they have been resolved, it shall continue as originally planned, with all the modifications and expectations which were set at the beginning.
