It's been almost a year since the website was updated so that pretty much sums up the lack of progress on the project. Unfortunately, due to the very slow rate of progress, if any, the project is now aborted.

I do not have forever for it to be done, so I'd rather give up on the company doing the work and focus on something new. If the car was in the hands of someone else, then maybe the outcome would be different, but as it stands, I cannot see it being finished and I cannot imagine any other company would want to continue the car in it's current state. They'll most likely want to start from scratch.

I've lost all hope this will ever be finished. Progress reports & photos never materialise, and I can never get hold of the company doing the work, so it's a sad end to what was a pretty unique Micra. 

I'd like to thank you all for following it's progress. There were a lot of followers world wide and I'm sure you would have all liked to have seen a different outcome to this one. I'm sure you can all appreciate the position I am in and that this isn't what I wanted to happen either.

If I am fortunate enough to get hold of the company doing the work, I may be able to rescue some of the parts and they'll be up for sale.
